Does anyone know what might be going to happen in the square where Fry's old sales office used to be and their building site stuff still is (next to Elvatone STreet) I have heard talk of something called Horsegaurds but am not sure what it is going to be.

I guess your talking about the old Fry's Site Office that was in White Cross Square? As far as I know something like 11 flats are going to be built their, I could be wrong but that was the last I heard  I think you can see an artists impression of the planned building in the last Residents Newsletter  Thanks ;D |

ahhh, just realized that I'm talking about the wrong site Yeah, the one you mean is between Elvaston Street & Lower Blakemere Road? I would think that is going to be more flats like the ones you have on the west side of Blakemere Road, and maybe a couple of shops and houses. In the future where Blakemere Road and the Bridport Road meet will be a large new square that will be around twice the size of White Cross  |

Thankyou...so frustrating you can not use the internet to view the planning pages at the local council office if you use Firefox on your computer, so that stops about 15%? of the population being able to use it. They do appolo :-/gise at the top of the page though!
