We were going to downgrade to freeview on sky but after being with them for so many years they talked us into having Sky plus, free of charge, installation free etc... they came out on Friday to install it and the guy said as soon as he saw the address he knew he wouldn't be able to do it! You need either a dish (which we are not allowed) or a splitter, costing £30, well we don't want to pay out for something like that so have been told we can't have it! Apparently several people have had similar problems with this.......
